NDIS Support Coordination

Unlock Your Plan, Build Confidence & Gain Independence

Support Coordination is a capacity-building NDIS service designed to help you understand your plan, connect with the right providers, and develop the skills to manage your own supports with confidence.

Here’s how I can support you with NDIS Support Coordination:

  • A person typing on a laptop keyboard with a second monitor in the background.

    Level #1 Support Connection

This is a short-term boost to help you get started. I'll help you understand your plan, connect with local community groups, and link up with initial providers.

Level 1 is perfect if you just need a hand to find your way.

  • Group of four young people sitting at a wooden table in a casual setting, engaging with a smartphone and chatting.

    Level #2 Coordination of Supports

This is the most common level and focuses on building your long-term independence.

I work with you to design your support approach, establish a reliable team of providers, and coach you on how to manage your services and navigate the NDIS marketplace.

The goal is to build your confidence and resilience so you can eventually coordinate your own supports with ease.

  • Two people holding hands on a white surface, with one person's hands on top of the other's. One person is wearing a black ring, and the other has a pink ring.

    Level #3 Specialist Support Coordination

This is for participants facing complex challenges or high-risk situations, such as intricate behavioural needs or interactions with the justice system.

I provide a higher level of expertise to manage these specific risks, develop intervention plans, and ensure consistent, safe service delivery.

What does the NDIS Support Coordination process look like?

My role is to work alongside you to understand your priorities and turn your NDIS goals into reality. Here is how we’ll do that together:

  • Review Your Options: You'll receive a range of researched provider options from which you will have the final say as to who joins your team.

  • Understand the Rules: You'll gain a clear understanding of the NDIS rules and your responsibilities so you never feel lost or confused.

  • Maximise Your Funding: You'll get the absolute most out of your plan through strategic use of your funding.

  • Access Mainstream Services: You'll be linked with other government services and mainstream supports that can help you thrive beyond the NDIS.

  • Connect With Community: You'll be supported in connecting with local community groups and services so you feel part of something bigger.

  • Explore Meaningful Work: You'll explore job options together and find work that feels meaningful and achievable for you.

  • Organise Housing: You'll work through your accommodation needs to find a living situation that supports your independence.

  • Avoid the Paperwork: You won't have to worry about the outcome reporting to the NDIA—I'll handle that for you.

  • Build Confidence: You'll develop the confidence to navigate the NDIS independently in the future, knowing you have the skills to manage your own supports.
