A Journey Built on Making People Feel Valued

Crystal's path into this work wasn't conventional — and that's exactly what makes her approach so different.

Crystal has always worked in therapeutic settings. It wasn't the treatments that filled her cup — it was the moments where a client would walk in feeling invisible and walk out feeling like they mattered. She gave them a space to simply be themselves, and that was always enough. That quiet realisation ignited something powerful.

Crystal shifted her studies and career into disability and mental health, where she has spent the last 15 years growing, learning, and walking alongside her clients. Today, she’s remains committed to making her clients feel seen, heard and valued.

Everyone is unique in their own special way, and I love to be there to support them through their own personal journey. It is important for all my clients to feel safe, valued and worthy — no matter what kind of upbringing they’ve had, or choices they have had to make.
